A rebreather is an advanced scuba device that allows you to recirculate your own air instead of using the traditional form of diving where your exhaled air passes out through the regulator in the form of bubbles. With a rebreather your exhaled carbon dioxide is removed and the whole process is measured by a computer to check the levels of oxygen inhaled. As the gas is recycled the dive can be longer in duration allowing a 4 hour dive to a depth of 80ft. There is also no need to decompress during the dive, there are no inert gases to decompress.
